Thursday 10th November 2016 at Cathedral Eye Clinic, Belfast
Cathedral Eye Clinic aims to raise the awareness of this condition affecting young people and the availability of the simple, relatively non-invasive CXL treatment which can effectively stop the deterioration of vision in patients found to have Keratoconus.
In line with this, we are offering complimentary keratoconus screening at our Clinic on Thursday 10th November. Our Address is:
Cathedral Eye Clinic, 89-91 Academy St, Belfast, BT1 2LS
Who should come for screening? People between the age of 12 and 35, whose far vision has deteriorated and glasses do not help or whose astigmatism has increased lately. Those who have relatives with the condition are particularly susceptible.
Why come for screening? Keratoconus is a progressive disease that is preventable.
